At Value City Furniture, customer service is a priority and we welcome the opportunity to provide the most convenient service possible.

Please note that even though some service issues can be satisfied by simply reviewing pictures, appointments may still be necessary to further evaluate or repair your furniture.* After our authorized service technician evaluates your photographs, you will be called regarding what steps will be taken next.

Things to remember when uploading pictures:

  • Please submit a photograph(s) that shows an overall view of the piece of furniture as well as a picture(s) that clearly shows the damage or defect.
  • Higher resolution photographs provide better quality but increase the size of the file. Larger files will take longer to upload. Files larger than 10MB will be rejected by the system.
  • The size of your files and speed of your internet connection will determine the time it takes to complete the upload process.

* Based on the terms of your warranty, protection program, or paid delivery services, you may qualify for in-home service evaluations and repairs. If you do not qualify for in-home services, you will be required to bring the furniture to the store for service.
